Shipping
First, a note regarding shipping. Some sites offer free shipping anywhere in the lower 48
but you know they have also raised the cost of the item to cover it, which also means that
everyone pays extra, which we at Barnhouse feel is unfair. Therefore, the closer you are
to us, the lower the cost of shipping will be. Of course, you may pick up items at
Barnhouse Products, or perhaps we can arrange to meet you midway!

Let's look at of costs of shipping, to Seattle, for example:
Stools cost around $35 to per item to ship via UPS ground. Add to this $15 for packaging
(really!) and $10 for handling (it's quite a wrapping job). This comes to $60.
Tables styles II and III have to be packaged in a larger box, 24 x 24 x 36, which ships for
around $115! I tried to ship a barrel head table in a 22 x 22 x 36 box (which shipped for
around $50), but UPS managed to break the 1" thick solid oak barrel head top!! So, now
they're shipped with more padding.
Bar height tables ship as two pieces, top and base (some assembly required), for a total of
around $135.
Bistro table, styles 3 and 4 ship as two pieces (some assembly required), around $95 total.
Barrel Head Clocks are about $40 to ship.
